Estancia Madera
Carmel Valley
64-acre property developed into a main house, pool house, caretaker’s residence, and barn. Inspired by California haciendas, the home is clad entirely in stone and designed to evoke the feeling of a place shaped over time. Built of stone, it blends rustic materials with refined interiors. Bold, angular forms contrast with natural textures and expansive steel windows that capture the views. Gardens planted with native species blur the lines between the home and its environment.
